We visited at 2PM on a Sunday for a late lunch, only one person working but they gave great service given that they had to bounce all around the restaurant and bar. The crab cakes were rich and luscious with plenty of blue crab, though they didn’t have much crunch on the fry. The fish and chips had an excellent crunch to them, though the fries were a bit soft for my liking. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich wasn’t particularly spicy or crispy, but the chicken was moist and cooked well. We were able to get a side of buffalo sauce and suddenly it was a nicely spicy sandwich. Also had excellent air conditioning and a perfect spot for us to cool off on a hot August Sunday afternoon. Would come back!

Came in for a luncheon for 27 people and every order was done correctly. We ordered off the New York City restaurant week menu. Today I ordered calamari as an appetizer then the burger with bacon and an egg, My coworker ordered the fish and chips and we shared. Great retirement luncheon. Thank you for a very pleasant memorable afternoon.

This review is late, but our company has our Holiday Party at Maggie's last year and we had an amazing experience. From the beginning making the reservation and selecting the food with the help of Carly was so easy. The afternoon of the party we were greeted by Samantha and Ciara who could not have been nicer or more helpful. Every single person that attended made a comment on how great these ladies were. The food was delicious and was constantly circulated, overall I cannot recommend Maggie's Place enough for your events we will definitely be back here.

Walked miles to come here for a Guinness 0.0 Very friend staff and the Christmas decorations were amazing. Sadly the food wasn’t up to the level of what I had expected, nothing wrong with it, the fish was just more of what I expect from a cheaper pub in the UK. But the bar and the Guinness 0.0 makes up for the food. Sadly we only made it here once on our visit.

Super cute little pub with awesome food. Was debating between the steak sandwich and their burger. Ended up choosing the Angry burger with cheddar instead of blue cheese. Super delicious. Ahi tuna nachos was delicious as well. Very busy place - all reservations were booked we got a table luckily but there were constantly people waiting to get seated. Anyway awesome little joint!

Great service in a great atmosphere. We went when only the first floor was open; it was cozy and intimate. It can get a little loud at times if it's crowded. The waiter was attentive and created a welcoming dinner. The food and drinks were good. We had a couple of cocktails and local beers. I personally liked their Brooklyn pilsner. Heads up in the Dealer's Choice cocktail, it has a bold cilantro flavor but very refreshing. We had the Shepard's pie and calamari. The Shepard's pie was just hearty enough for a casual night out and went well with the beer. The calamari was nice and lightly battered. We also had the chocolate cake for dessert and it rounded off the night well. Price wise, this place is more 30-50 per person without drinks. Be prepared for some NYC priced cocktails if you're planning to drink though. Overall, great place and it closed my vacation on a high note. Will definitely come back again if I'm in the area.

Maggie's Place is another one of my favorite New York City Midtown pubs to visit. The decor within this establishment is nicer than your typical pub, and the food here has always been great. Try the chicken pot pie during your visit, it is fantastic!

Great experience! From the get go, service was on point. The food and drinks were delicious. The Tuscan chicken sandwich was so good and the Kobe sliders were yummy. They were a little over done but they were small, so we made the best of it. My smoky margarita was delicious as well. One negative was it was a little loud, but it was the after work crowd so it made sense.
